UFOs really are a hot topic right now.

in 1966, Westall High School was an university of about 600 pupils within Melbourne’s southwest.
On Apr 6, 200 staff, learners and residents witnessed ‘metallic discs’ or ‘flying saucers’ over a local football industry.
Andrew Greenwood is one of these witnesses and a former schoolteacher.
For the first time, he’s allowed themselves to be identified to tell their story.
Andrew was teaching per year 9 science class if a young girl burst to the classroom saying there was the ‘flying saucer’ outside.

“I haven’t noticed anything in my life like this before, haven’t seen everything since.
“It was a greyish, almost cylindrical or stogie shaped object which shifted with some degree of precision above. ”

Two weeks later, Greenwood had been paid a visited simply by two senior Australian Atmosphere Force officers, one within uniform and the other in the civilian suit.
He claims the particular men threatened his work if he spoke away about what he saw.
“Absolutely, I was threatened. I was informed that I should not say everything about it. ”
Terry Peck was another witness in Westall.
She had been just 11 years old whenever she saw what the girl described as “flying saucer craft”.
Terry was so near to the hovering craft, she can feel its heat on her behalf hand.
“I could really feel heat and hear this particular buzzing sound… I could discover purple lights all around this, ” Peck told 7NEWS Spotlight .
“I was quite surprised to see it because I actually didn’t know what it was. It had been like a classic… what you find in stories about soaring saucers. ”
Terry stated staff and students had been told not to talk about the particular incident at a later college assembly.
“We just obtained told not to talk about this, that it was rubbish, and we were not to talk about it. ”

55 years on, a group of Westall witnesses reunited to tell their particular story.
“What really attacks me is that 55 years upon, these people are very certain as to what they saw, ” Greenwood said.
“It just beggars perception for me, in Australia we’ve never ever had an official investigation plus, flatly, I think there has been the cover-up.
“I think somebody has buried the Section of Supply report that i know exists. ”

Days later, two army police requested she escort them to the base.
Along with the 2 police officers, Annie was wondered and interrogated by United states people at the base.
Annie believes the process was an effort to intimidate and quiet her.
“For sure, I believe I was a surprise to them. ”
